Car accidents have become a major cause of death.Years ago was a death by disease Now death by car's accidents. not all young people are on drugs or alcohol. not all accidents are caused by negligence on the part of the driver. some accidents are caused by the negligence of others. I think the speed and congestion are the main cause of car accidents and lack of attention of the driver of the road like call by his cell phone or try to open the Radio. Shouldn't the parents let their children drive when they are under the legal age.
